{"id":1340,"date":"2012-01-13T18:47:04","date_gmt":"2012-01-13T22:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.randallwolff.com\/wordpress\/?p=1340"},"modified":"2012-01-13T18:47:04","modified_gmt":"2012-01-13T22:47:04","slug":"art-deco-finished","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.randallwolff.com\/wordpress\/2012\/01\/art-deco-finished\/","title":{"rendered":"Art Deco finished"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I pretty much finished this model (18&#215;24&#8243;) today, except for minor surface cleanup.<\/p>\n<p>For those wondering about the clay I use, this is water based raku clay which I find extremely stable and has absolutely no tendency to warp or crack even in very thick slabs and pieces such as I work with.<\/p>\n<p>This is approximately 2-1\/2&#8243; thick, 18&#215;24&#8243;  moist, when dried it will probably wind up around 17 x 22-1\/2&#8243; or a little smaller.
