The Wolff Gallery, a unique, new sculpture gallery and museum. The art gallery portion features Victorian and Art Deco era architectural sculptures by sculptor and book author R.D. Wolff. The
sculptures are all created from photos of pieces typically found on buildings in large, older cities such as: Chicago, New York and Boston.
The ‟sculptures” link in the menu will display some sample images of a few of these sculptures.
The museum portion has a display of original hand-made terracotta antique sculptures salvaged from demolished buildings, educational signage, materials and information. These items are not for sale. The "Museum Artifacts" link in the menu will display images of a few of these interesting pieces.
After several months of remodelling, with more yet to be completed as time and funds allow- June 29th, 2013 was opening day! The front entrance will definitely see a return back to a more period appropriate appearance complementary to the circa 1910 building's facade and the adjacent Victorian era buildings.
This is a not-for-profit cultural/educational endeavor, if you wish to help out to defray some of the approximately $300 monthly operating costs, a donate link is in the menu on the left, thank you!
